| A Quick Start To Learning the Cascade |
| Step 2 (Throwing) |
| a. Hold one ball in each hand whilst standing in the posture explained in (Step 1). |
| b. Throw one ball in a medium high arc peaking above the opposite shoulder. |
| c. As it reaches its peak throw the second ball in an exact mirror image of the first. |
| d. Let the balls fall to the floor. They should land close your feet on the opposite side of you body from which they were thrown. |
| e. The important thing at this point is that both balls peak at the same height. |
