A Quick Start To Learning the Cascade
Step 2 (Throwing)
a. Hold one ball in each hand whilst standing in the posture explained in (Step 1).
b. Throw one ball in a medium high arc peaking above the opposite shoulder.
c. As it reaches its peak throw the second ball in an exact mirror image of the first.
d. Let the balls fall to the floor. They should land close your feet on the opposite side of you body from which they were thrown.
e. The important thing at this point is that both balls peak at the same height.
